Refund policy
Due to the personal nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns or issue refunds or exchanges unless product is defective or has been damaged in transport. In that event, contact your local post office/shipper to file a claim.
Take pictures of the damaged product and/or packaging, and notify us within seven (7) days of receipt at info@Pewterdragonfly.com, attaching photos. We will work with you to determine if a replacement of product is required. Alternately, you can also call our office at 520-471-6462 between the hours of 10:00am and 4:00pm, CDT, Monday through Friday.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours by sending an email to Info@PewterDragonfly.com.
