Returns
Do you allow returns or refunds?
No. Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns, nor do we issue refunds.
If your order was damaged during shipping, take pictures of the damage and contact us within 7 days of receipt of the order. Contact your local shipper to request a refund. We will always work with you to replace damaged product when indicated.

Do you wholesale any of your products?

How soon will I receive my order?
Items that are in stock or made to order will be shipped within 3-5 days after acceptance of the order, and usually sooner. We try to ship same day, Monday through Friday whenever possible...but the darn post office won’t stay open the same hours we do!
Items that are out of stock and require extensive manufacture or curing (such as soaps, liquid soaps, shampoos, candles and wax melts), will be shipped within 20–60 days after acceptance of the order.

Do you offer private label manufacturing?
Yes. If you are interested in our program, complete the application in the Wholesale/Private Label section of our website and don’t forget to check the box marked ”Private Label.” When your application has been reviewed, we will contact you to determine the right products for your business marketed under your own brand.
